I have amazing and fabulous tour with the guide. She is not only knowledgeable, friendly but also very interactive and makes sure everybody in the group could listen and have takeaways after the tour. At the end she also gave us a list of recommendations for our stays in Hanoi.

Shaw was a great tour guide. He answered all our questions and showed us around the Old Quarter. It was great to hear all his local knowledge and to see the non-touristy areas of Hanoi. He's also really friendly and very easy to get on with! Would recommend this tour to anyone.
